Amicable and absolutely friendly staff, everything fairly clean.
Favourable location in the Garderns area, in the tranquil area. For tea or coffee visit Rick's Cafe Americain nearby.

The service was great, thanks to the guest experience manager, like we were really valued. The pool area was like our private paradise, where my kids splashed around while we relaxed with drinks.
It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every cent.

We have stayed before and it never fails to impress. This time we were upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and luxurious. The staff are always friendly and helpful without being familiar, and you feel you can always ask for something without putting anyone out! The food in the Planet Restaurant was delicious, added to which the price was incredibly affordable. We love the fact that nearly every member of staff addressed us by name - a credit to those who train them and employ them. We will be back.
Not a complaint, just an observation. It would be pleasing to have a hospitality tray in teh room, for that early morning cuppa!
